Misha Nossov

Misha Nossov is a consultant with extensive biotech experience, executing prophylactic and therapeutic vaccine R&D programs and leading technical operations, product launch planning and global supply chain/distribution. He has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in industry, most recently as an SVP at VBI Vaccines, where he was responsible for global supply chain, market access and cross-functional program management.

 

In prior roles, Misha was responsible for commercial launch planning, market access, supply chain, trade and distribution. Earlier in his career, Misha led development and manufacturing of multiple vaccine candidates from preclinical to clinical stages, focusing on infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, COVID-19, and CMV. His technical expertise covers a wide array of vaccine platforms, including recombinant protein, enveloped virus-like particles (eVLPs), and mRNA technologies.

 

Since transitioning into independent consulting, Misha advises biotech companies on product development strategy, regulatory planning, pipeline prioritization, and go-to-market strategies. He brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and business acumen, helping organizations translate research into development milestones. He is known for his ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic options and guide clients through critical inflection points in their development paths.
